During my Christmas trip, I appreciated the complimentary pick-up service provided by the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful during the check-in process. the rooms were well-maintained and tidy.

the location was inconveniently far from the station and required a lengthy walk with luggage. the rooms were incredibly small and cramped, and there was constant noise throughout the day due to maintenance work and noisy guests.

The hotel offered a great pick-up service which made our arrival to the hotel smooth and easy. the rooms were very clean, which we appreciated a lot. Lastly, we enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located near all the major attractions, making it very convenient for us to explore the city.

we were disappointed when we were unable to obtain a room heater after multiple requests.
